About This Beer
Jester King crafted today’s shandy-inspired Farmhouse Ale using Texas-grown malts, organic Perle hops, and their own Hill Country well water. And they seasoned this mixed-culture sensation with dried lemon peel and ginger root for brilliant citrus tones and a dash of warming spice.
Tasting Notes
Each tangy swig is like a breezy tapestry of lemonade nuances, peppery spice, and haylike funk. Zingy shandy tones lift the earthy dankness and subtle bitterness threaded through the base, creating an ideal warm season sipper.

Hazy, with a rich golden color. Thick, foamy head, with beautiful lacing. Strong lemon scent, with notes of barnyard funk. Citrusy and lemony, akin to a Belgian wit. A light, refreshing, summery saison. Tangy, tart finish. Ginger is imperceptible, but not really necessary anyway.

Lemon peel with a hint of ginger, plus some earthiness and funkiness, in aroma. More lemony citrus in taste with that ginger popping on the back end. A touch of funky tartness. Ginger Ale - Lemonade Half & Half vibes. Quite refreshing.
