About This Beer
For this brew, they blended two bourbon barrel aged Barleywines for a treacley sipper to luxuriate in. The majority is a Golden Barleywine kissed by oak and flowing with fruity, honeyed sweetness. Then the crew accented it with some coveted, 4.48 UT-rated Brew 7000 English-style Barleywine, a toffee-toned treat with date notes balanced by a subtle savory quality.
Tasting Notes
We expect each taste to burst with the caramelized flavors of maple bread pudding studded with raisins. And we’re looking forward to those silky quaffs delivering nuances of woody vanilla, undercurrents of leather, and a boozy, 14.9% ABV, whiskey-spiced finish.
