About This Beer
Washington’s Heathen Brewing releases this beer every late fall / early winter in extremely limited quantities. That’s after they let it nap for months in bourbon barrels, soaking up plenty of roasty cheer just in time for the holidays.
Tasting Notes
Every luxurious taste is a swirl of naughty and nice — caramel apple notes dance with dark cherry, fig, and sultry vanilla! The finish is smooth and sweet with pleasant heat, like a Christmas cookie chased with a shot of Kentucky’s finest.

Nice dark fruit notes on the barrel-aging. Yeasty notes linger.
