7 Seas began with a blend of seven different specialty malts, giving the base a fluffy feel, medium body, and bittersweet mocha tones. They hopped it with enough Magnum, Nugget, and Cascade Hops to balance its toffee notes and impart a subtly earthy character to the brew. After they aged it in whiskey barrels from Washington neighbors at Pursuit Distilling Co., they blended the Stout before bottling.
