About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the Texan legends started with locally sourced grains boiled with aged hops. They let the wort cool overnight in their coolship, spontaneously fermenting it with native yeast before letting it mature in oak for several years. Finally, they blended the barrels and refermented the brew with blackberries and cherries for a fruit-kissed, sweet-tart sip.
Tasting Notes
Tangy bramble berry aromas perfume the air with every purple pour. Bright bursts of blackberry and deep cherry swirl alongside lush stone fruit, lemony tartness, and swaths of earthy funk.
