Say hello, hello, hello to Mikerphone’s new 4.33 UT-rated Barrel Aged Imperial Smells Like Bean Spirit! 

We’ve had several variants of this stunning Stout before, and y’all always go wild for them, but this is the very first BA version we’ve ever gotten! I’m freakin’ stoked! 

To make it, the crew let their rich and roasty base luxuriate for 25 Months in W.L. Weller 12 Year Wheated Bourbon Barrels and conditioned it all on Tugboat Coffee Sumatra Mandheling Coffee Beans and Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. 

Each sip sings with treacly molasses, raisin, and maple notes. It’s a bit like chasing a syrup-drizzled pancake with a shot of bourbon. A thumping espresso bassline hammers underneath, masterfully accentuating the malts, while a kiss of whiskey and oak crescendo on the finish. And it’s all hiding a bold 15.7% ABV! 

But fair warning: once your buddies find out you’ve got some of this incredible Stout, they’re not gonna be able to Stay Away. Maybe snag an extra bottle to hide in your cellar — just in case.
