The Oregon adjunct masters began Mango Coconut Mochi Fruit In The Can by giving a plush Sour Ale base a zesty dry hopping with Citra. Then they added Cara Cara oranges along with — you guessed it! — buckets of mango puree and a swirl of coconut cream.
