About This Beer
The mixed fermentation masters at Fonta Flora crafted ‘23 Three Year Blend with Saisons begun in the winters of 2019, 2020, and 2021. For each one, they turned the best local ingredients they could get their hands on into spontaneously fermented brews that they racked into oak for maturation. When each vintage was juuuust right, the crew mixed them together and bottle conditioned the blend for several more months.
Tasting Notes
Pop one open and enticing fruit aromas will invite you in. Anticipate tangy sips flowing with sunshiny notes of citrus, mango, and melon balanced by an earthy funk. Wildflower honey hints should follow, along with grassy tones and pithy lemon zings. A dash of piney bitterness will pop up in the finish, creating a satisfying conclusion to this intricate sipper.
