About This Beer
For 28 Months Later, the Old Irving team started with a rich base teeming with dark fruit tones. Then they aged it for a whopping 28 months in Willett 13-year bourbon barrels, soaking it all in nuances of golden toffee and oaky custard.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating currents of whiskey caramel cascading over sumptuous bread pudding tones with every thick quaff. Deep, jammy notes of raisin and date should swirl underneath with cinnamony wood-spice, hiding that bold ABV better than a hospital hiding a comatose patient for 28 days from hordes of zombies.
