About This Beer
To make Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston, 3 Fonteinen blended Saisons aged one, two, three, and four years, with nearly half of the stock from those older vintages.
Tasting Notes
Bright notes of lemon, apricot, and hay open the sip, followed by earthy horse blanket tones. The complexity continues as the funky and fruity nuances expand to encompass dried orange, a touch of cellar, and some mild, oaky tannins. It ends with a crisp, dry finish that invites you back for more.

Excellent lambic. So much depth and complexity. Equal parts woodsy and fruity.

Funky dry wheat flavor to me. I was having a hard time tasting anything described. It really just tasted like funky grain/wheat to me

Great Geuze! The smell is amazing, notes of stone fruit and citrus, oranges, tangerine, apricot, also some hay and the funkiness of yeast. Strong tropical and fruity flavors, the yeast is prominent but not overbearing, there are some notes of wood also. Astringent, dry, refreshing. Very complex and very delicious. Thanks Tavour!
