About This Beer
Quintuple Dry Hopped. It’s not a phrase we get to say often, because who in their right mind dry hops an IPA five times?
The geniuses at River North, that’s who! This brew is so thoroughly saturated with Idaho-7, Citra, Strata, and Sabro hops, it’s like Dr. Seuss wrote the recipe:
Drop more hops, don’t ever stop, another crop of hops on top, dry-hop hops ‘til hops are sopped, enough to cushion bellyflops!
Tasting Notes
HUGE aromas of fresh citrus and dank mango come barreling from the pour. Flavors of pineapple, papaya, and pine flood the palate with every sip, while hints of passionfruit and guava sparkle in the background.

Definitely very juicy and had virus and grapefruit notes. Also a nice tropical
floral aroma.

Pours nice with a thick, pillowy head and beautiful retention. Floral aroma with pithy, citrus undertones. Loads of citrus on the tongue with a balanced bitter finish. Wishing I picked up more than two!

Rain tonight?! edition. Melon and pineapple sweetness leads and shines. All the hops, apparently 5x over. Bursting with thick hop sweetness, very low bitterness. Finishes heavy and clean.

Hazy and hoppy with accents of tropical fruit.

Only reason this didn’t score higher is that it was smoother than expected given the fact it was dry hopped 5 times. Quite drinkable…..makes me want to know what 6DH and 7DH tastes like lol!

intense bursts of citrus here. still searching for the pineapple or other fruit notes listed. hints of guava and that’s it for me. floral aroma but has lingering
bitterness
