About This Beer
To make it, they blended brews both aged for two years in two different W.L. Weller barrels, plus another aged one year in Jim Beam Double Oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll see this crew could give a masterclass on coaxing out every last complex nuance from a barrel. Notes of dried plum on toffee mingle upfront, with delicate oaky tones and rich vanilla just underneath. A kiss of whiskey caps thing off, lingering on the palate after a velvety finish.
