About This Beer
I don’t know exactly how much delicious trouble you’d have to get into to commit Six Hundred Pounds of Cinn, but the master brewers at Transient Artisan Ales are willing to find out with their barrel aged concoction.
This Imperial Stout starts like most sins do — with whiskey. In this case, Rittenhouse Rye Barrels. The caramelized oak swirls through the malts of the brew, setting the stage for a flurry of fun.
Tasting Notes
An onslaught of toasted coconut, earthy cacao nibs, gooey caramel, and spicy cinnamon flow through the syrupy gulps, bolstering the barrel notes and accentuating the sweet sip. As waves of Red Hots fold into Mounds Bar flavors, a final kiss of liquor is sure to stretch a devilish grin across your lips.

the Cinn adds some heat, but doesn’t overpower the OG
