About This Beer
The crew started aging this beauty in Willet Bourbon barrels before shifting the brew to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels. Then finally, they finished it in cognac barrels for an extra kiss of complexity.
Tasting Notes
This beer deserves its absolutely LUDICROUS rating on the app! The intensely thick and flavorful body overflows with malty notes of chocolate, date, and fig. Layers of caramel and creamy vanilla oak come through thanks to the extensive, 25 month barreling process.
