Gabe Fletcher and his crew went to great lengths to brew this 2021 vintage. Starting with Anchorage’s famous Barleywine, they aged the beer for 8 months in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels. Then, they transferred it into Elijah Craig barrels to rest another 6 months, before moving the brew into Buffalo Trace barrels for a final 8-month stint.

For those of you doing the math, this heavenly behemoth spent nearly two whole years soaking up oaky, bourbon-spiced richness!

Every silky sip greets the taste buds with waves of woody vanilla sweetness and whiskey-soaked figs. Hints of soft, dark cherries tiptoe in before introducing dashes of caramel and nutmeg flavors on the finish. Amid all the luscious swirls of bourbon-kissed dark fruit, you’ll hardly even notice that cheek-warming 17% ABV.
