About This Beer
To craft A Decade of Pastry - Noa Anniversary, the Swedish crew went all out. They started with a sumptuous blend of Stouts aged 36 months in Knob Creek, 30 months in Old Forester, 30 months in Heaven Hill, 26 months in Woodford Reserve, 26 months in Jack Daniel’s Tasters Selection Hickory Smoked whiskey, and 23 months in Woodford Reserve Barrel Finish Select Double oak barrels. Then they finished that luxurious mix on toasted coconut, vanilla, and peanut for all the flavors that make Noa so beloved.
Tasting Notes
Enormous bakery aromas perfume the air with every thick, midnight hued pour. The taste follows with decadent notes of dark chocolate cake separated by layers of rich peanut butter frosting and drizzles of bourbon caramel. Underneath, coconut macaroon tones mingle with vanilla oak and barrel spice, completely masking the 14.2% ABV.
