The GABF-winning Colorado crew crafted A La Mode with a rich Pastry Stout base aged for 25 months in a blend of apple brandy and Balcones Texas Rye barrels. Then they conditioned it on cinnamon, pecans, and Comoros vanilla beans to round out the desserty flavors.
