About This Beer
To craft it, the brewers turned chocolatiers started with an Imperial Stout base before conditioning it on cocoa nibs from Videri and French Broad. Then they layered it with toasted coconut, maple, toasted pecans, and toasted pistachio before rounding it all out with Tongan, Tahitian, and Ugandan vanilla. Finally, the team balanced the sweetness with Methodical and their own coffee.
Tasting Notes
Sumptuous dark mocha tones cascade into nutty richness on every decadently thick quaff like an artisanal chocolate truffle. Hints of coconut and vanilla cold brew round out the confectionary tones further obscuring the 14% ABV.

To the nose it’s sweet and chocolaty w/ roasted malt. The flavor has a bold roasty backbone, sweet chocolaty tootsie roll, a bit of vanilla and when you search deep, a little nutty. It’s thick, smooth and creamy with lingering chocolate and coffee notes.
