A Note on This Beer

Nothing grinds my mom’s gears like finding the gnarled, mashed up remains of her autumn pumpkins the morning after Halloween.

Surely the work of bored suburban teens (or very dedicated 90s rock fans), smashed pumpkins seem like an awfully big waste.

If only she knew what could really come of such Abuse of Pumpkins. Today’s decadent pumpkin and coffee-infused Stout makes me want to smash every pumpkin in sight so the dextrous team at DUBCO could transform them into this winner year round.

Today’s seasonal sipper brings luxurious autumnal spice, rich pumpkin, and deep coffee flavors above an inviting honey and chocolate base. It’s like taking the most delectable pumpkin spice cookies and dunking them in a creamy mocha.

And this liquid velvet comes with a well-hidden 12% ABV!

So this fall, let your neighbors know...sometimes a little good-natured Abuse of Pumpkins can be a great thing.

One of the best pumpkin beers I’ve ever had. Heavy cinnamon and pumpkin flavor, and it ends with a subtle coffee flavor. Fantastic

Surprisingly sweet. The honey actually stands out, followed by vanilla spiced pumpkin and a splash of coffee. Would have liked to have seen twice the roast to balance out the sweetness. Either way, it’s a nice coffee drink, just more of a dessert.

First off- the can graphics are phenomenal.. anyone who “judges a book by the cover” choose this beer. I’m not one for dark beers, that’s why I chose this for last.. like they say.. best for last! immediate hit off the first sip with dark chocolate mixed with coffee, all umbrellaed by a wonderful pumpkin - more fall style flavor.. this my friends put me onto coffee stouts. cheers!

really rich and deliciously spiced..well balanced and hides the large ABV really well. very crushable...perhaps to my own detriment.

Not a fan of pumpkin beers, but tried due to all the other flavors like vanilla and nutmeg. I can taste every flavor advertised on the can and the pumpkin was mellow so this is the highest rating I have given to a pumpkin beer.

Pumpkin related flavors didn't stand out much, but it was a good stout! Love the artwork lmao.

Delicious in every way! Doesn't overwhelm with pumpkin flavor, have more of a "choco-pumpkin" thing going on

Lots going on with this brew. Spices blend well with none sticking out and overpowering the rest. Stout base is very subtle.
