About This Beer
For those who know DUBCO, it should come as no surprise that this coconut and almond variant of Abuse of Stout is a homerun among Stout fans. If you’ve yet to try their dark decadence, here’s why you’re gonna want to nab a few cans of today’s treat:
- It tastes like dessert! Real cacao nibs and vanilla swirl through a Stout base so thick, you can almost chew it. Coconut and almond bring rich, roasty candy bar flavors! Gooey honey makes the brew even smoother and cranks up the ABV. Speaking of...
- It packs a sneaky 12% ABV! Be careful with this one, because you won’t taste even a hint of all that booze, and it’s awfully easy to suck down the whole can in mere minutes. You might want to split it with a friend. Or not. You’re an adult, do what you want!
- It’s from the dark brew masters! With medals from the New York State Craft Beer Competition and TAP New York Beer Fest, DUBCO is one of the hottest breweries in the Empire State.

Love this one. Extremely flavorful and can’t go wrong with 12% alcohol. Definitely like biting into a thick liquid chocolatey bar with plenty of booze.

Has to be, by far, one of the best stouts I have ever tasted. As somebody who isn’t much of a stout drinker, this may have been the gateway.

tastes as advertised, very good stout. it’s not too far on the dessert side of stouts, but not boring either.

Very syrupy sweet, the almond flavor tasted like artificial liqueur.

coconut and almonds really shine through with maybe just a tad too much sweetness. not pastry stout but possible edging on it. the honey sticks around in the finish.

This is a very thin stout, was expecting a better mouthfeel on this one. Taste is good, but no one flavor really stands out for me
