About This Beer
The crew at Xül brewed it with plenty of Simcoe (of course) and a touch of Citra hops for tangerine tang.
According to the brewers, the beer was then “bombed out with Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo, followed by another healthy addition of Simcoe Cryo.” And boy, can you taste it.
Tasting Notes
Every sip overflows with bold flavors of mango, apricot, and peach, swirling against floral aromas and whispers of pineapple. The sip feels fluffy and thick at first, but finishes remarkably clean and smooth with lingering notes of citrus and a faint touch of earthy resin. It’s balanced, silky-soft, and shockingly crushable for 8.2% ABV.
