A Note on This Beer
Our tastebuds are buzzing with excitement because we scored Woodland Empire’s newest limited one-off brew fresh off the canning line!
And it’s like nothing we’ve ever seen before.
After the Love is Gone is a Helles-style Lager with an easygoing 4.6% ABV, but it sure ain’t your father’s macro Lager. In their signature adventurous spirit, Woodland Empire layered this brew with real raw cacao, vanilla, and cinnamon for a temptingly tasty, white chocolate experience!
And hold on to your socks, because the flavor train doesn’t stop there! Those wily Idaho microbrewers enhanced their creation further with savory Mexican chiles and coffee that they cold-brewed themselves.
These North American Beer Awards Gold Medalists have already introduced us to beet beer, sourdough beer, and even carrot beer, but this is the first time we’ve ever seen a silky Mexican Mocha in Lager form!
And it’s one spiced-up delight you won’t find anywhere else.
That’s ‘cause Woodland Empire’s beers don’t leave the Northwest except through Tavour, and they’re not likely to brew this one again. So grab your stash now to show all your friends why everyone from Thrillist to Vinepair is calling this brewery one of the Best in the Northwest.
‘Cause After the Love is Gone, it ain’t coming back.
This beer is too new for ratings!
