I’m a beer guy. I’m also a Tiki Bar freak. 

If I can’t have a beer or a tropical cocktail… my mood might become a little dark & stormy! Thankfully, the folks at Newgrass Brewing have me covered with today’s Aku Aku Tiki Fruited Sour. It’s everything good about an island-style cocktail –– in beer form!

The North Carolina crew stuffed this cocktail brew with lush coconut cream and juicy pineapple for big piña colada flavors. Bright guava and a twist of lime do a darn good daiquiri impression. Toasted coconut adds a caramel richness to contrast the scintillating tartness of the Ale.

Locals are doing a hula dance drinking this luscious, smoothie-thick brew. They’re calling Aku Aku Tiki “a great tasting beer cocktail” and “MAGICAL…like a mixed drink. So delicious!” 

With a couple cans of Aku Aku, you’re just a few torches shy of having your own Tiki bar! Pour it into a few tulip glasses, add some drink umbrellas, and convince your friends you’re a master mixologist while sippin’ down your island paradise fix.
