About This Beer
This incredibly satisfying Mosaic-hopped Pale Ale is exactly the kind of thing I’m reaching for in between grilling up some burgers and brats on the Fourth Of July.
Tasting Notes
Notes of tangerine and grapefruit explode on the palate like fireworks before fading into grassy nuances of spruce resin. And it’s all held together by a crisp malty backbone that makes this thirst-quencher killer during a cookout.

Man, did this go down easy! Hoppy, yet very smooth. Drinkable all day long. Well done!

I didn’t like it. I didn’t think it was overly hoppy, but the hops used kinda imparts a floral kind of smell/flavor. Others may enjoy that.

Nice berry-like Mosaic hop aroma and flavor. Nicely balanced and sessionable. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

A beautiful collaboration of hops and malt! Right off the bat I got a brilliant blast of hops that leach strong notes of citrus and a bit of a tropical flavor. Along with a light clean malt flavor carrying it all. Probably the best pale ale I’ve had.
