A Note on This Beer
Adroit Theory is back at it with their deliciously depraved, GABF award-winning brewing skills. This time, they’re ensnaring the senses in delightfully sinful, caramelized, roasted malts, tangy-sweet dried berries, and rich velvet creaminess.
What is this black magic, you ask? Why, it’s Adroit’s Belgian Quadrupel divination, All I See Is Carrion! It’s back — and as dark, bold, and lovely as ever!
This fresh rebrew is malt forward, with burnt sugar Belgian esters, dried cherry, fig, and date sweetness, wrapped up in a remarkably creamy, full body. It tastes like a slice of decadent, flourless, dark chocolate torte, smothered in a syrup of boozy, flambéed cherries and raspberries, and finished with a dusting of semi-sweet cocoa powder. With a side of melty, vanilla bean-flecked ice cream, of course!
These wicked-good flavors easily hide its downright depraved 12% ABV, too, so it should be savored slowly to avoid committing any more sinful behavior.
But, the only true mistake? Not grabbing a couple cans for yourself from our small, 60 case stash!
PorchDrinking, the Colorado Sun, and The Beer Travel Guide all put Adroit on their lists of must-try breweries!
*Adroit recommends keeping these cans cold for the optimal drinking experience!
