About This Beer
Gabe Fletcher and his team started by fermenting a tangy, mixed culture base in their Missouri oak foeder. Then they conditioned the brew on hand picked Alaskan blueberries and bottle conditioned the brew for natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Bright lemony tartness should lead things off, cascading into bright berry tones. Look for a touch of wild funk around the edges before the brew slowly fades into a crisp finish.

Sour blueberry aroma, effervescent, tart blueberry taste with oak notes.

Similar to Anchorage’s Bind, which is really saying something. The blueberry flavor in this is excellent. I gotta say though, the addition of haskap berries in Bind makes it my favorite. This surprised me in a great way though.
