Icicle founder Oliver Brulotte is a fifth generation hop farmer-turned-brewer, so it’s no surprise his hop game has earned the brewery a number of medals, including gold at the U.S. Open Beer Championship for Alpenhaze! Brewed with Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and Simcoe Hops, it’s as lush as the tropics, but as pillowy as alpine snow. With minimal bitterness, it’s a crazy approachable brew great for sharing with haze fiends and the IPA uninitiated alike.
