About This Beer
“We’re gonna need a bigger beer fridge.”
That was my first thought when I tasted today’s Table Pilsner from Main & Mill. Because I could drink a LOT of this stuff. This mega crusher is designed for all-day sipping!
Most brews this chuggable are lacking in the flavor department — a problem that most folks ignore until it swims up behind them and BITES THEM IN THE… anyway, that’s not a concern with Amity in Shock.
Tasting Notes
The brewers used a combo of Pilsen and Munich Malts for notes of honeyed biscuits and aromas of fresh bread. Then they added a careful dose of Contessa Hops, creating delicate flavors of green tea, softly floral notes, and even a touch of pear!
