A Note on This Beer
Barrier Brewing’s founder Evan Klein is an absolute dreamboat. Just look at the picture of him on today’s Eternity Hazy IPA.
That’s a damn fine lookin’ can right there!
The brewers at Long Island’s Barrier are fresh off their win of last years Best Brew in NY contest. Now they’ve created Eternity as a tribute to their fearless leader Evan, to thank him for ten years of hard work and dedication. Of course, they’re also mocking him a little.
One of the burly, bearded brewers even shared a video of himself attempting to woo a can of Eternity with candlelight and Al Green.
We totally understand how someone could fall head over heels for this 7.3% ABV Double Dry-Hopped juiceboomb -- it sure has us swooning! Grab a few cans of Eternity and you might just find yourself gazing longingly at them as you whisper sweet nothings. Maybe scattering a few rose petals around your beer fridge.
Loaded with a heap of Mosaic and hard-to-find Galaxy Hops, Eternity is brimming with huge citrus and pineapple flavors. Ripe mango serenades the palate while notes of peach and passionfruit tango across the taste buds. And the mouthfeel is so soft you’ll want to cuddle with it all night long.
Even if Evan isn’t quite your type, once you get a taste of Eternity you’re bound to fall in love with it. You’ll be just like us, writing it letters and dotting all the ‘i’s with little hearts. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
This beer is too new for ratings!
