About This Beer
Side Project started with a mashbill of American malts before fermenting the beer with an English Ale yeast strain to crank things up to 14% ABV. Then they added a dose of carefully selected American hops and aged it all for 17 months in bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to deep notes of toffee and candied dates mingling with subtle hints of chocolate-covered cherry and savory leather. As it fades, we’re expecting lingering layers of oaky vanilla and whiskey to invite you back in for another taste.
