About This Beer
The legendary Mussouri crew started with a mashbill of American malts before fermenting the beer with an English Ale strain to crank things up to 14% ABV. Then they added a dose of carefully selected American hops and aged it all for 17 months in bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Pop the top on this bottle, and you’ll be greeted by billowing aromas of toffee, caramel, and dried dates. Nuances of aged leather and top shelf whiskey lurk in the pour, mingling with tones of oak and a touch of toasted wheat bread.
