About This Beer
This one features a blend of two different decadent dark beers. The first, a roast forward brew that’s spent a whole two years in Heaven Hill casks. The second, a slightly younger version that’s spent 24 months in Double Oaked Jim Beam barrels — New Image calls these the most “spirit forward” casks they tasted this session.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of pumpernickel bread melding beautifully with hints of toffee and crème brûlée. We expect intricate tobacco nuances to accentuate the layers of date and raisin before the sip gives with to pronounced notes of whiskey and oaky vanilla on the finish.
