About This Beer
To make it, the brewers combed through the barrel stock, blending double, triple, and quadruple Barrel-aged Imperial Stouts. This absolutely crazy cask bill includes Colorado bourbon, Colorado rye whiskey, ex-honey & ex-maple syrup whiskey, Colorado straight whiskey, and Colorado single malt whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting all that time in oak to translate into complex layers of woody spice, vanilla, and top-shelf spirits. Look forward to dark chocolate, toffee, and raisin notes swirling throughout, expertly masking that boozy ABV.
