About This Beer
The crew brewed it when they first opened, and let it age in Willet bourbon barrels. On their anniversary, they blend a new batch using some from each previous year! But this one that started it all!
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and malt-driven notes of caramel and dark fruit swirl into bread pudding nuances with a subtle orange peel accent. Oaky vanilla and whiskey tones linger on the palate after a silky finish, all while leaving little trace of the 16.5% ABV.
