Today’s Apricot Rocket might be our first-ever beer from Texas’ Celestial Beerworks, but it’s not the first time they’ve brewed this dessert-inspired Berliner Weisse. The brewers had to bring it back because so many locals kept asking for more! 

A 10-barrel brewhouse, Celestial’s batches are typically quite small, and aside from the taproom and a few local spots, the brews never leave the city! So, if you have friends in Dallas, don’t tell them we’ve smuggled away a fresh supply of Apricot Rocket. 

One sip, and we can taste why Dallas craft fans want to keep this delectable brew all to themselves. The brewers pack this one with loads of apricots and vanilla beans, and it sips down lushly in a delicious dance of tart and sweet. 

It tastes like a fresh-baked piece of apricot crumble! 

And, while we certainly hope to get our hands on more of Celestial Beerworks’ mastery, we realize treats like this one don’t come around often. Now’s the time to grab a sip of this dessert!
