About This Beer
The brewers credit three puny Picassos for this tangy masterpiece: the Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, and Pediococcus microbes they used during fermentation. Nineteen months maturing in oak puncheons before bottle conditioning infused the Ale with mellow tannins, and two years in Odd Breed’s cellar has only added to its complexity.
Tasting Notes
Swirl your glass and tropical aromas of fresh mango and crisp honeydew waft out. Each tart, full-bodied quaff sings with bright notes of star fruit and passion fruit. Undertones of haylike funk and overripe citrus harmonize with the juicy paradise nuances all the way to its crisp, dry finish.

Tasty change of pace. Maybe a touch too sour for me, but that comes with the territory.
