About This Beer
To craft it, the Seattle crew blended a variety of Strong Ales barrel-aged 9, 12, and 24 months in eight to twelve-year-old bourbon barrels. Then, they aged it for two years, adding to the complexity and mellowing the 14% ABV until it’s smooth as melted dark chocolate and just as rich!
Tasting Notes
Each velvety sip courses with café opulence — a creamy dark chocolate mocha swirled with caramel and ribbons of whiskey vanilla.

Once again Fremont delivers. Subtle notes of cinnamon and chocolate coming through with a refreshing bourbon backbone. This one is definitely a warmer. Get this!

Delicious! Did a b-bomb night and drank this one alongside a 2016. This one was tasty but a touch sweeter. Aging works wonders with this beer.
