About This Beer
To craft this world-class brew, the Seattle crew blended a variety of Strong Ales barrel-aged 9, 12, and 24 months in eight to twelve-year-old bourbon barrels. After all that time in the barrel, B-Bomb’s big 14% ABV is as soft as melted dark chocolate — and just as rich!
Tasting Notes
Each velvety sip sings with notes of dried dates, espresso, chocolaty malts, and artisanal toffee. Sophisticated barrel nuances impart oaky vanilla, top-shelf bourbon, and a subtle kiss of savory leather on the backend.
