About This Beer
For this year’s vintage, the Fremont crew blended Winter Ales aged between 9 and 24 months in 8 to 12 year old American Oak bourbon barrels.

Each sip weaves a delicious tapestry of rich caramel, date, coffee, and baker’s chocolate notes. Hints of savory leather and tobacco accentuate the sweetness before giving way to intricate layers of vanilla oak and whiskey on the finish.
