About This Beer
The brewers haven’t even selected the barrels they’ll be blending from yet. But we do know that the base will have matured in each cask for a minimum of 12 months, and potentially as long as 23 months!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to the classically complex notes of Mexican hot chocolate coming from the base’s adjuncts of cacao nibs, vanilla beans, ancho chiles, and cinnamon. And we expect those spiced fudge and caramel nuances to meld beautifully with the vanilla oak and char character coming from Perennial’s hand-selected barrels.

Fudge, vanilla, caramel, and oak develop into cinnamon, spicy chili, and dark cherry, finish is bourbon and slight booze with slight spice persisting through the long finish.

Mother fucking BA Abraxas. Remember when people would sell their kidneys for this beer? It’s no Spiteful BA Caliente, but I can see the comparisons.

Great chocolate notes on the outstanding Abraxas stout. Dark fruits linger with the slight heat from the ancho chiles.
