About This Beer
Just like its boozy brethren, this Stout also spent 14 months slumbering on oak, but this time it snoozed in Yellowstone Bourbon barrels. Then the brewers recreated the essence of a nutty artisanal mocha with additions of pecan, fresh cacao nibs, Nicaraguan coffee, and luscious vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll discover flavors that would make your local barista jealous, with earthy nuttiness coursing over fudge and macchiato notes. A ribbon of vanilla wraps things up nicely on the finish along with gently warming whiskey.

never quite lands, I think the pecan doesn’t taste right, but good velvety background

pretty mellow for such a dark beer. strong abv. I don't taste the pecan - much more chocolate and coffee flavor

tasted like a tin bottle cap at best.

Chocolaty and boozy but with bitter aftertaste.
