A Note on This Beer
Each autumn, when the hops hang heavy on the vines, baby unicorns appear in the Yakima Valley to frolic through the fields and spread their magical dust.
The folks from Barebottle go up there every year and pick the hop cones with the most dust on them. That’s where the name comes from, and that’s why Baby Unicorn Dust tastes so good.
What, you really thought they could squeeze all that magical flavor out of just Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado Hops? Even the shimmering ribbon of milk sugar can’t explain the incredible smoothness of this Hazy Pale Ale!
Take a sip, and you’ll lose yourself among waves of stone fruit, mango, and citrus wash over you. And that fluffy finish comes through softer than freshly combed unicorn’s mane.
We recommend drinking it while galloping across the misty meadows of Avalon astride a mighty white steed, tendrils of steam from the beast's breath swirling around you like the foamy head of this enchanting brew.
But it will also be good on the couch.
