Perfectly balanced flavor and a medium thick consistency... very very good! Regarding those who said it was bitter, that was actually my thought until I stirred it up and bit and got the juicy goodness from the bottom to unsettle. An artisan designer version of Truly. Please release more flavors, I will buy them all!
