A Note on This Beer
Many full-bodied beers earn the moniker “liquid bread.” But have you ever tried a beer brewed with actual bread? Probably not!
Better yet — you definitely haven’t tasted anything like today’s “bready” collab. Bake & Break DIPA marks Trillium Brewing and Brockton Beer Co. teaming up for the first time. It’s also the first time either of them has appeared on Tavour!
Hop Culture named Brockton’s beers among the best of 2021 so far, and the owners are known for being one of the most diverse teams in modern beer craft. And you probably know Trillium — the brewery on ‘best’ lists around the globe! They earn regular acclaim for creative ingredients and experimentation — like brewing with bread!
Bake & Break DIPA flaunts both breweries’ prowess in full force. The brewers put actual baked loaves in the base, emulating different communities coming together and “breaking bread.”
Paired with the berry sorbet and citrus-gummy flavors of Mosaic and El Dorado Hops, the result is honey-drizzled crust and candied fruit in every sip. It’s all wrapped in a full, fluffy body that just begs to be savored slowly.
Which you’ll probably want to do anyway — in addition to bread, this IPA packs an 8.5% ABV!
