About This Beer
For months, the brewers meticulously sampled Bourbon Barrel Aged Stouts in their cellar. They took the very best barrels, and set them aside to create Balance Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
After carefully blending the brews, they added a thoughtful combination of vanilla, toasted coconut, and cinnamon. As the name suggests, their goal was to elevate and accentuate the notes of whiskey-caramel and oak from the barrels, giving the base beer plenty of room to shine through the flavors of the adjuncts.
Tasting Notes
Cinnamon works in harmony with roasty malts, while vanilla amplifies woody nuances from the barrels. Coconut adds a rich, smooth finish and creamy notes that uplift hints of dates and plums. In short, every aspect of the beer makes every other aspect even better!

it was very pleasant but I would say it’s a shareable I drunk the whole bottle and it was tragic but with that being said very good flavor on first sip you taste the smooth vanill
and coconut with a coffee bean after taste I enjoyed just a lil too much

quite frankly it’s just not very good. super thin and no BA feel. heavy on cinnamon and coconut and vanilla I’m not getting too much of at all

Great mix of a lot of different common stout tastes, but cinnamon is not very well pronounced. Slight bourbon aftertaste, great smell. Lacks thickness, not unique enough.
