About This Beer
To craft this decadent treat, the team at Cerebral Brewing aged a rich Stout base for 30-45 months in 12-year Weller and Hidden Barn bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it all on three different adjuncts — Puerto Rican cacao nibs, almond, and marshmallow.
