About This Beer
Eighteen months of maturing in Weller bourbon barrels gave this boozy amber-colored brew tons of complexity.
Tasting Notes
Inhale aromas of rich molasses and dark fruit. A swirl of the glass releases flourishes of cherry and toffee on the nose.
Sip thoughtfully, and a symphony of maple, caramelized brown sugar, crème anglaise, and whiskey-soaked plums will come to life. And each chewy taste is likely to warm your belly with its tipsy 10.9% ABV.
Cellar an extra bottle to mellow the boozy heat in BA Brandywine (2022) and further refine the notes of caramelized date, burnt tobacco, and oaky vanilla.

This is a very light colored and slightly lighter barleywine. But it still has a very balanced and bold flavor. It's flavor is uniquely complex with just the right amount of Weller notes.

Not overly boozy. One of the more subtle barleywines I’ve had.
