To craft it, the crew aged their decadent Brownie Batter Blend Base in rum and VSOP cognac barrels alongside banana nibs, fresh bananas, coconut, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla.

this so far is the best banana stout I've ever had the banana and chocolate flavor is super strong and the maple rum sweetness and cognac warmth is excellent the aftertaste is really good as well

a fantastic brew. you definitely have to let this come up to its warmer temp while breathing in the glass due to the potency of the barrel aging but
once ready, a true treat to the taste buds for pastry stout lovers.
