About This Beer
The legendary Mead-makers at Garagiste crafted it with luscious additions of California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, wild pesticide-free blueberries, and Turkish pomegranates. Then they aged on toasted oak, bald cypress, Brazilian Amburana before finishing on white chocolate and Madagascar vanilla beans. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, they let it mature for 15 months in a hand selected wheated bourbon barrel from Old Elk!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to a mouthwatering chorus of jammy berries complemented by layers of honey sweetness and chocolate. Notes of vinous grape should follow before giving way to intricate hints of woody spice, vanilla, and whiskey on the finish. And we expect the 16.9% ABV to go down WAY smoother than your last karaoke performance.
