About This Beer
To make this seasonal sip, the crew at Old Irving blended Stouts aged in Buffalo Trace and 13 Year Willet bourbon barrels. Then they infused the brew with cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla, coconut, and pecans!
Tasting Notes
Look for bold chocolate flavors dripping with whiskey caramel and luscious vanilla. A touch of nuttiness should add complexity before a densely fudgy finish topped with hints of coconut.

Rich, thick and lots of flavor. Dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut, nutty finish and nicely complemented with BA. Well done.

aroma is intoxicating- butter pecan toasted coconut. medium body, surprising amount of carbonation. amazingly well balanced execution of the imperial stout, the barrel, and the pastry sides in perfect harmony. little more acidic ending than expected but overall amazing and will definitely repurchase if found in the wild!

bold and luscious notes of rich, dark chocolate with notes of coconut on the intake. If Krampus brought me any gift, it would definitely have to be this one.

Decadent dessert stout. As close to German chocolate cake as you can get in a BA stout. Very well executed. Your move, Goose Island.
